Those who are having trouble making ends meet and taking care of their families are invited to receive free groceries and hygiene items at the Food to You Mobile Food Pantry sponsored each Thursday from 6:00-7:00pm by Charis Ministry Partners – an organization of thirteen area Lutheran churches who care about their neighbors in need. No need to come early; all will be served in random order. Indoor waiting starts at 6:00pm after numbers are distributed. Proof of income is not required. Please bring some form of ID. Households may use the Mobile Food Pantry once a month.

The schedule for Food to You for upcoming Thursdays is as follows. Please note that Messiah New Hope replaces Center of Hope as the distribution site for the Second Thursday of each month.

First Thursday – East Side Lutheran Church, 1300 E. 10th Street
Second Thursday – Messiah New Hope, 5001 E. Madison Street
Third Thursday – Augustana Lutheran Church, 235 North Prairie
Fourth Thursday – St. John Lutheran Church –13th St. & Western
Fifth Thursday – No distributions offered at any site.
