Dave and I aren’t saying it’s going to be easy, but we’re taking the challenge ourselves! Today we are making a conscience effort to pray for those people that really get under our skin. We’re going to pray for our own hearts that our encounter with them will be joyful and we will have a heart of love for them and lots of prayers! Ok, a wedding party did a rather untraditional walk down the aisle recently in St. Paul, MN. Dave and I have different opinions about this. He thinks it’s a reflection of their fun personality and I however think it’s a disrespectful way to enter into a holy communion.

Dave and I will be out this weekend with our families to see the Sioux Falls Airshow! Will you? Here’s the information you may need.

The Navy Blue Angels and the Air Force F-22 Raptor Demo team will highlight the Sioux Falls Airshow, a free event expected to draw thousands of people to Joe Foss Field this Saturday and Sunday (July 25th and 26th).

You can see the Blue Angels perform at 2pm Sat and Sun. And members of the skydiving club will jump this weekend with smoke, streamers and state and U.S. flags during the playing of the national anthem. In all, 11 groups will display acrobatic and formation flying.

The Sioux Falls Air Show is this Saturday and Sunday from 8:30am to 5:00pm both days at the Sioux Falls Airport.

OK, so today Dave and I were talking about the fact my 20 year old wants to go skydiving with his 68 year old grandfather. I’m just really not alright with this idea! Am I being over protective or a wise mother?
