Lutheran Social Services provides pre-service orientation training classes for persons interested in providing foster care to children with special needs. These needs include health, developmental, behavioral, and emotional. This 27-hour pre-service training program is held Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 9:30 for a 9-week period January 19 - March 16.  Lutheran Social Services is a licensed child placement agency through the state of SD.
