Catholic Family Services will offer a Program for Parents with clinical psychologist and author, Dr. Thomas Phelan entitled '1-2-3 Magic Program for Parents of Children ages 2-12'  Saturdays, February 27, March 6 and March 20 from 9:30 a.m. –1:00 p.m. via DVD with group discussion and exercises.  The program includes: Controlling Obnoxious Behaviors; Encouraging Good Behavior; Strengthening the Parent-Child Relationship.  The program will be presented at 523 N.
